Chris Parkes CPA, CA, MAcc
Chris is an accomplished finance professional having served as a Chief Financial Officer for seven years in a dynamic and highly demanding environment. He has experience growing a business from the ground up from pre-revenue to millions in recurring revenue, raising ten of millions in financing and setting up two international subsidiaries. He has a broad skillset which includes finance, accounting, model building, budgeting, cash management, fundraising, government funding, IT, legal, contract negotiations, pricing, strategy and process automation.
Chris was previously a Manager at PwC's Emerging Company Services group providing assurance services to early-stage technology companies. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management and Master of Accounting.

Mary Parkes CPA, CA
Mary has been delivering successful business transformations and growth as Chief Financial Officer in both private and public companies for over 25 years. With her broad scope of executive level experience in accounting, financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financing, treasury, internal controls, audit, risk management, legal, real estate, human resources, IT and process improvement, she has an integrated approach to decision-making. She has led an IPO, successfully delivered a major cloud-based ERP implementation and has extensive experience working with Boards. Mary is an engaging leader, coach and mentor, and has a proven record of building high-performing teams.
Mary was previously CFO at BDO Canada, Longo's, SIR Corp and Brewers Retail and has been a Board member of Financial Executives International (FEI) since 2013.
